Agile Business Analyst - CRM Transformation
Salary: £60,000 per annum, pro rata
Working pattern: Hybrid - London
Contract: Nine-month fixed-term contract, full-time
Start date: As soon as possible
An established charity is looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join a major CRM transformation programme on a nine-month fixed-term contract. The project is already in delivery and involves migrating the organisation's fundraising operations from Raiser's Edge to Salesforce.
Working within an Agile delivery team, you will support monthly sprints from planning through to completion. This will include understanding requirements, reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria, testing delivered functionality and helping prioritise changes to achieve the best possible MVP.
The role would suit a hands-on Business Analyst who is comfortable contributing across analysis, delivery and testing. You will need to communicate openly, hold stakeholders to account and confidently present new functionality to end users. Previous CRM migration experience is strongly preferred, with Salesforce experience offering a significant advantage.
Key responsibilities:
- Experience working within an Agile delivery environment, including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience completing QA or UAT testing and translating results into clear, actionable feedback.
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
