Supporter Services Manager
Location: London (2 days per week in office)
Salary: £40,000
9 month FTC
I'm partnered with a charity that do some fantastic work, have a real family team and are based in London. The team are hiring for a Supporter Services Manager to join and lead the supporter services department, line managing a small team.
You'll work with the charities supporters face to face and over the phone on the front line, driving excellent customer service, resolving gift aid issues and managing internal and external relationships.
Skills required for the Supporter Services Manager are:
* Passionate about providing great customer service
* Experience with a CRM such as Dynamics
* Management experience
* Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving team
