Temporary MS Dynamics CRM Manager (3-6 Months)

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Manager to lead our Data Team and ensure the successful transition from Raiser's Edge to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with go-live scheduled later this month. This temporary role will be pivotal in embedding the new system across fundraising, marketing, and engagement functions, ensuring it is fully leveraged to deliver impact.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day CRM operations, manage data quality and compliance, support users with training and processes, and drive ongoing optimisation of the system. Acting as the go-to technical lead, you will ensure integrations, Gift Aid processes, and supporter data management are robust, efficient, and compliant.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience managing data or CRM teams
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (implementation & optimisation)
- Strong understanding of GDPR/data protection in a fundraising context
- Advanced technical skills in data manipulation and supporter selections (FastStats essential)
Contract & Benefits:
- Day rate: £250+ per day (INSIDE)
