I'm working with a leading membership organisation to hire a Head of Technology. This role will oversee all technology, data & IT services including Salesforce CRM, Microsoft 365 & vendor management ensuring a secure and scalable infrastructure.
As the Head of IT & AI, you'll take ownership of IT supplier relationships, data security and governance, and the development of AI policies and strategy. You'll work closely with the leadership team to embed AI, automation and emerging technologies across the organisation, ensuring ethical, secure and cost-effective adoption while driving operational efficiency.
Skills required for the Head of Technology are:
* Proven experience managing outsourced IT providers and multiple technology suppliers
* Significant experience leading CRM strategy and development (ideally Salesforce) within a membership or charity environment
* Strong knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (including data protection)
* Proven exposure to AI or digital transformation initiatives across an organisation
* Ability to develop and deliver digital, data and technology strategies aligned to business objectives
