I'm working with a major UK charity to hire a Head of Data & Insight to lead a talented team through a period of transformation, restructuring, and digital innovation. You'll shape customer engagement strategies, optimise supporter journeys, and ensure data drives measurable impact across multiple channels, helping the organisation achieve its ambitious goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading data, insight, or analytics teams, with a strong understanding of customer journey mapping, digital engagement, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of data structures, databases, and analytics tools is essential, with experience in email marketing platforms a bonus.
