Data Officer - Day Rate (Charity)
We are looking for a proactive and organised Data Officer to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day data operations, helping maintain the quality and flow of data, and providing crucial support to our wider engineering and fundraising teams.
You'll be working in a busy charity environment, managing CRM data, preparing datasets, supporting imports, and liaising with internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with CRM or database experience who thrives in a varied and people-facing role.
We're looking for someone who's confident, detail-oriented, and able to say "no" when needed - especially when managing input from multiple teams across the organisation.
Key skills:
Experience with CRM or database systems (Care, Beacon, Dynamics, or Salesforce)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Confident communicator, able to manage stakeholder expectations
Experience with data cleaning, entry, or migration
Day Rate: £150/day
Contract: 12 months
IR35: Outside IR35
Location: Remote-first (UK-based, with optional in-person meetups)
