Data Migration Analyst - Fundraising CRM
£500/day | Outside IR35 | Remote | 3 months+
We're kicking off a major CRM transformation for a leading UK charity and need an experienced Data Migration Analyst to take the lead on preparing our data for the move.
You'll be the go‑to person for profiling, cleansing, and mapping complex fundraising, donor, volunteer, and Gift Aid datasets, making sure everything is migration‑ready for Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. This is your chance to own the pre‑migration phase and set the programme up for success.
As the Data Migration Analyst you will bring:
- Proven experience delivering CRM data migrations (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce)
- Strong SQL & data profiling skills
- Background in charity/fundraising data
- Confident in mapping, cleansing, and defining business rules
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders\
