Data Analyst - Charity
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a well-established charity during an exciting period of transformation. This is a key role within the organisation, helping to build a more data-driven culture and ensuring insights are used to inform decision-making at every level.
As the lead analytics resource, you will take ownership of developing and maintaining Power BI reporting and dashboards, consolidating data from across the organisation and helping teams to better understand performance and outcomes. You will also play a vital role in supporting colleagues to develop their own reporting capability, while ensuring standards, accuracy, and compliance are maintained.

Key Skills:
Strong experience designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards
Proven ability working with and supporting CRM and business systems
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret complex datasets
Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and non-technical users
💷 Salary: £40,000 per annum
📍 Location: Tring (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote)
