CRM Change & Transformation Lead - Charity + 75k!
We are a leading international charity undergoing a major CRM and digital transformation to streamline fundraising operations and modernise systems. This is a critical time to join our team and make a real impact.
We're seeking a CRM Change & Transformation Lead to drive the successful adoption of our new Salesforce and DotDigital platforms. You'll bridge the gap between technical delivery and business adoption, ensuring processes are optimised, data flows smoothly, and teams are fully supported throughout the change.
This role will see you working closely with project leads, technical architects, and fundraising teams to identify pain points, recommend solutions, and implement improvements. You'll play a pivotal part in shaping the way the organisation uses its CRM and digital tools, helping to deliver a more efficient, data-driven approach to fundraising and supporter engagement. Your insight and guidance will ensure the systems work for the people using them, not the other way around.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities during CRM and DotDigital platform implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data migration and process design.
- Support the adoption of modern marketing and fundraising workflows.
- Develop and deliver training, communications, and engagement plans for stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid - London / Remote
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract, 12 months
Salary: £75,000 per annum
