CRM and Insights Officer (Maternity Cover) - Charity!
Understanding Recruitment is assisting a charity in their search for a CRM and Insights Officer to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This role offers the opportunity to manage their customer relationship management (CRM) system and derive key insights to support the charity's activities.
As CRM and Insights Officer, you will be responsible for the management of the CRM database, execution of email marketing campaigns, and reporting on data from various platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective CRM utilisation and insightful reporting.
Key Skills:
- Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and CRM databases.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven optimisation recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing.
Contract Details:
- Position: 12-month Maternity Cover
- Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Location: 3 days a week in the Marble Arch area, London
