AI Platform Lead
Location: London or Newcastle Offices(Hybrid)
Salary: £80,00 - £85,000+ benefits
20% employer pension contribution
I'm working with a well known public sector organisation undergoing significant AI development, looking to hire an AI Platform Lead to shape and scale their AI capability and lead a newly established team.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll define the vision, architecture, and roadmap for AI platforms across the business. You'll work closely with data, engineering, and product teams to enable the development and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions that drive real organisational impact. Key areas you'll work with from day one are Microsoft copilot studios & Foundry.
The AI Platform Lead should have experience in:
* Strong experience leading AI/ML platform or data platform teams
* Experience with Terraform, VNets, Networking
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience shaping platform strategy and driving adoption across organisations
