Jana is our Head of Marketing who oversees the global growth of our brand since joining in 2018. She’s an experienced marketer with a background in the tech and travel industries, having worked for multinational companies abroad, before moving to the UK. When she’s not coming up with creative ways to boost the Understanding Recruitment brand internationally, Jana loves travelling, experiencing new cultures, and exploring the nearby Lake District! An interesting fact about Jana is that she speaks fluent Spanish and German and lived in Spain for over 15 years.
