We're part of the Understanding Recruitment Group, and back in 2012, we noticed the struggles that Not-For-Profit organisations face when they're on the hunt for Digital, Data, and Technology talent. That's when we launched our Not-for-Profit (NFP) division. Since then, we've gathered a team of experienced specialist consultants who are all about helping clients and candidates reach their goals.

This exciting development empowers our dedicated team to share in the financial rewards of our ongoing success.
